Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who is this 60-color mica powder set for?
A: It is intended for crafters exploring pigment colors in compatible resin and decorative projects. Review the pigment's handling instructions and your chosen craft material's guidance before use.
Q: Can I use it in epoxy resin, UV resin or candles?
A: The listing mentions epoxy resin, candle projects and 50g UV dip resin. These references do not establish compatibility with every formulation or candle wick. Check both manufacturers' instructions and test a small sample first.
Q: Is it a useful Mother's Day, birthday or holiday gift?
A: It can suit an adult who enjoys resin art or decorative crafting. The set is a pigment supply rather than a complete resin kit, so confirm that the recipient has compatible materials and appropriate protective equipment.
Q: How much powder should I mix into resin?
A: No mixing ratio is supplied in the available text. Follow the resin and pigment instructions, measure as directed and test a small batch. Avoid creating airborne dust, and follow the supplied ventilation and protective-equipment guidance.
Q: Are resin, molds, mixing tools or a UV lamp included?
A: None of these extras are specified as included. The description's reference to 50g UV dip resin concerns a separate craft material, not a confirmed item in this powder set.
Q: Is this a STEM kit, or can children use it for experiments?
A: No STEM curriculum or child-use guidance is listed. This is a craft pigment supply, not a children's science kit. Any educational activity should use materials appropriate to the participant's age and follow the manufacturers' safety instructions.
