How it works

Your first order does not earn a reward. Starting with your second order, use the same email address for your purchases so we can identify you as a returning customer.

✉️ How to claim your coupon

Coupons are issued upon request, not automatically. To claim your reward, email supprot@avelorahomes.com from the email address used for your purchase and include your qualifying order number. After we verify your eligibility, we will send your coupon code by email for use on your next order.

Rewards are calculated using the qualifying order’s merchandise subtotal in USD after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Each qualifying order earns only the highest applicable reward; tiers are not combined. Orders below $50 do not qualify.

Enter your coupon code at checkout on a future order to receive the discount. The coupon does not reduce the price of the order that earns it and is not a cash refund or a store credit balance.

Refer to your coupon email for the validity period, any minimum purchase requirement, eligible products, and whether the coupon can be combined with other offers.

Canceled or fully refunded orders do not qualify. If an order is partially refunded before its coupon is issued, the reward is calculated using the remaining qualifying merchandise subtotal.
